How Projects Are Structured
✔ All-At-Once Installation
No drawn-out phases.
No living in chaos for months.
Once the design is approved, everything is installed in one coordinated install window.
✔ Typical Project Timeline
Design Phase: ~1–3 weeks depending on number of rooms
Procurement & Scheduling: typically 8-12 weeks
Installation: all at once, professionally managed - I try to keep this in a 1-3 day window.
Timelines vary slightly by project size, but the goal is always the same:
design once → install once → live fully.
My Pricing & Payment Process
I work on a simple three-payment structure.
Step 1: Book Your Consultation - $2,500
You begin by booking a consultation which is $2,500. If you choose to book your project, the $2,500 consultation fee will be waived and applied to your design fee.
Step 2: Book Your Project
and pay an estimated 20% design fee based on the rooms you plan to complete. This pricing is listed on this page below.
The design fee covers:
layouts and spatial planning
sourcing and selections
budget planning
documentation and coordination
If the room estimates shift once designs are finalized, any difference (up or down) is applied to the final balance.
Step 3: Final Payment After Design Approval
Once the design is approved, you pay the remaining balance. Then, all items are ordered and arranged for Installation Day.
Only three payments total for the entire project.
